Managed a lovely swim yesterday only to not muster any running energy today.
Toying with the idea of doing the FLM half marathon in Silverstone on Sunday.

Welcome
I signed up for my first triathlon in March 2006 with some friends. It seemed a suitably insane challenge. This blog was my way of capturing how out of my depth I felt as I bumbled through the training sessions. I was along for the fun you see.
It's now a few years later and that first triathlon a distant memory (phew). I found myself liking the fitter and slightly leaner me so much that I decided to continue.
