Two more morning runs have been squeezed out this week. On Monday I did 50 minutes and this morning 42. I realised the training plan I'm working off calls for 40 minutes this week so needed to curb my enthusiasm and not jump too far ahead. All in all it's been a series of good strong runs and that works fine for me.
In unrelated news I've signed up to do the new London Half Marathon event in October.
